The Collective
Unified in spirit and in truth
We have incredible pastors and leaders from across the world who are joined in a collective as One Thing Ministries. This allows us to travel as one unit to see change happen in a city and region.
OTM Collective looks to invade a city in several spheres by uniting the five fold to make a huge impact as one. With hearts focused on elevating local bodies and flipping cities for Jesus.
"WE NOT ME"
Truly, we are better together than we are isolated and alone.
The harvest is plentiful, and together, we will see the world encounter the glory of God in a tangible way.
Luke Abington

Luke Abington is from a small town called Russellville Arkansas. He is a preacher who travels the world preaching the gospel with a heart to see the local bodies elevated in a way to takeover and win cities for Jesus. Luke was radically saved at 14, after a young life of hating God and wanting nothing to do with Him. He studied three years at BSSM in Redding California and pastored in Dallas, Texas for nearly four years. He now founded and leads a global missions movement, One Thing Ministries, across North America, South America, Asia, and Australia. Luke has served in full-time ministry for over 7 years. Luke has a huge passion for sports and loves to be active as he goes. He's a huge fan of playing pickleball throughout the nations.
Chris & Tara Abington

Chris and his wife Tara are the Senior Leaders of City Church - Russellville. They both graduated from Russellville high school and from Arkansas Tech University and are raising their family here. Together they have 6 children, and they own a local real estate company. Chris is a visionary leader and communicator who has a heart to see the church go beyond the four walls of a building. His passion is to see every Christian equipped and released into all that God has for them. They model what they believe in this hour when God is calling his people not to retreat but to move forward and carry his Kingdom into every sector of life.
Nick & Beth Caveness

Nick and Beth joined CT Church in 2013 as volunteer directors at the Pasadena campus, with a heart to see lives transformed and a city awakened. From day one, their passion has been to build a DISCIPLE -MAKING MOVEMENT that helps people recognize their royal identity as sons and daughters of God. Together, they are deeply committed to creating a culture that reflects the heart of Jesus—one that brings the atmosphere of Heaven into everyday life and empowers people to reach their friends, families, and communities with the love of God. Their leadership style is real, relational, and rooted in grace. Whether you’re here for the first time or have been around a while, they’ve helped shape a place where you’ll instantly feel like you belong to a family.
Pierce & Lauren Williams

Pierce Williams is the campus minister for Chi Alpha at Arkansas Tech University, serving alongside his wife, Lauren, who has been a steadfast partner since they met at 13. Born in Dallas and raised in Crossett, Arkansas, Pierce grew up in a loving, church-centered family but fully surrendered his life to Jesus as a young teen. Following a bold step of faith, he left college to pursue missions, enduring humble beginnings—living on a friend’s attic couch and working in a restaurant—to answer God’s call. Pierce’s mission journeys have taken him to Zambia, where he witnessed miraculous transformations in communities entrenched in witchcraft, and to Cape Town, South Africa, where he saw lives changed from gang violence to faith-filled leadership. Throughout triumphs and trials, including the tragic loss of his brother on the day he proposed to Lauren, Pierce has remained committed to mentoring and discipling college students, helping them grow spiritually through Chi Alpha, and living as a testament to God’s power and grace in ordinary lives.
